BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION, PLEASE REVIEW AND ACKNOWLEDGE OUR REFUND POLICY OUTLINED BELOW.
Any team/individual requesting a refund up to, and including, the registration deadline will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of 50$ + tax.
There is no refund after the registration deadline.
THE OG REC LEAGUE does not provide refunds in the following situations:
- The season is already underway at the time of the refund request.
- Player injuries, changes in physical condition, or changes in circumstance.
- Teams or individuals who are suspended or ejected from the league due to any breaches of Player Code of Conduct (e.g. fighting, threats, disruptive behavior, etc.)
- For closures due to inclement weather, defaulted/forfeited, cancelled or rescheduled games.
- Covid, acts of God, or other disasters outside of our control.
All refund requests must be submitted by email to info@theogrec.com
The refund request email must contain the following information:
- Player's full name.
- Location, division and team name.
- Invoice number.
- Reason for refund request.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS REFUND POLICY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE OG REC LEAGUE. REGISTRANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW THE POLICY ON OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE BEFORE COMPLETING THEIR REGISTRATION. REFUND DECISIONS WILL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY AND OUR COMMITMENT TO FAIRNESS AND TRANSPARENCY.**
