OG REC LEAGUE REFUND POLICY
WELCOME TO THE OG REC LEAGUE. WE ARE SUPER EXCITED TO HAVE YOU JOIN OUR GROWING ATHLETES COMMUNITY!
BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION, PLEASE REVIEW AND ACKNOWLEDGE OUR REFUND POLICY OUTLINED BELOW.
Refund Eligibility
- Any team or individual requesting a refund on or before the registration deadline will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of $50 + tax.
- Refund requests submitted after the registration deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
There is no refund after the registration deadline.
Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided:
- Refunds will not be granted once the season has started.
- Refunds will not be provided for player injuries, changes in physical condition, or personal circumstances.
- Teams or individuals who are suspended or ejected due to breaches of the Code of Conduct (e.g., fighting, threats, disruptive behavior) are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, closures, or rescheduled games due to inclement weather, forfeits, or other uncontrollable factors.
- No refunds will be granted for disruptions caused by pandemics (e.g., COVID-19), acts of God, or other disasters beyond the league’s control.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Submit an email to info@theogrec.com with the subject line: "Refund Request."
- Include the following information in your email:
- Full name of the player.
- Team name, division, and location.
- Invoice number.
- Detailed reason for the refund request.
All refund decisions will be made in accordance with this policy and the league's commitment to fairness and transparency.
This refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of OG Rec League. Participants are encouraged to review the most up-to-date policy on our official website prior to completing their registration.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process once approved.
